Event Maids handles full event setup so you can walk in stress-free. From tables and chairs to décor and signage, we bring your vision to life just the way you want it.


We work directly with your planner, coordinator, or decorator to ensure everything is set up exactly to plan. Don’t have one? No problem.. we’ll gather inspiration photos, layout notes, and table setup references from you so we can recreate your look to perfection.


We help with:

- Linens, centerpieces, and place settings

- Décor, signage, and photo areas

- Ceremony + reception layouts

- Custom setups based on your inspo


We arrive early, handle the details, and make sure everything is guest-ready. Let us turn your setup stress into a seamless start.

When the party’s over, we’ve got it from here.


Event Maids handles all the post-event cleanup so you don’t have to lift a finger after a long day (or night). From folding up chairs to hauling out trash, we leave the venue spotless, and your stress behind.


We coordinate with your planner, coordinator, or venue to make sure we follow all their rules and guidelines. No planner? No problem…we’ll check in with you ahead of time and follow your instructions to clean up exactly how you want.


Our cleanup includes:

- Trash pickup from tables and grounds

- Table + chair breakdown

- Packing up décor, signage, and rentals

- Loading items into your vehicle or designated area


Whether it’s a wedding, private party, or backyard bash , we’re the crew that comes through when the fun is done.

Event  Maids offers on-site table bussing during your event so guests aren’t stuck staring at dirty plates or overflowing trash. We quietly clear dishes, wipe tables, take out trash, and help maintain a tidy, polished vibe from cocktail hour to last dance.


Working alongside your catering team, planner, or venue staff, we make sure the flow stays smooth and the mess stays managed. No event staff? No worries.. we’ll handle it all while blending in with the party.


We take care of:

- Clearing used plates, cups, and utensils

- Wiping down tables during the event

- Replacing trash liners and removing waste

- Maintaining clean guest areas

- Keeping your space photo-ready throughout the night


We’re not the caterers , we’re the crew that keeps everything looking fresh while the celebration stays in full swing.
